Doyle recently reactivated their chapter of student members after several years of inactivity and competed at district competition at SLU. Leadership Livingston Class of 2017 was announced in July. The annual Meet & Greet for the class was planned for August 15, 2016 and the opening retreat for the class was planned for the following weekend. The weekend of August 13th brought more rain and flooded a large portion of Livingston Parish. Once the chamber stabilized operations, they were able to reach out to the class to gage their interest and ability to participate in the class. The overwhelming response was YES.
