KEVIN TRICHE - Director of Nursing
Our Lady of the Lake

Kevin’s was the first nurse hired for the emergency room at Our Lady of the Lake in Walker.  As a young professional in nursing, he not only established himself but today, he leads the ER as the director.
That ER now boasts an extremely low turnover rate of less than 2%, in a competitive field of nursing where the turnover rate nationally is 18.4% and Louisiana’s rate is even higher.  He and his team also have achieved high level outcomes that exceed averages for patients, a fact that Kevin is proud of.
