Leadership Livingston Project Reveal - Child Advocacy Center in Denham Springs

A project from the recent Leadership Livingston Class of 2024 is complete. This project group raised a total of $11,500 for Child Advocacy Services CASA and CAC, through business and private donations.
Through the support, the project was able to install a fence, install sails for shade, purchase and install outdoor furniture, purchase and install an outdoor building. Funds left over from the project allowed for a donation of nearly $1,600.00 to CAC to close out all project funds.
The organization provides advocacy, clinical services, prevention education and resources to improve the quality of life for children. CAS maintains six full-time locations with four Child Advocacy Center sites in those communities being served. The project included creating a private, safe, comfortable, outside seating area for guests of the Denham Springs CAC location in #LivingstonParish.

Members of the Project Group are: Amanda Morse - North Oaks Health System, Brad Cascio - District Attorney's Office, Brandy Robertson - State Farm, John Hill - The Sunset Hill Event Venue, Kim Hymel - Livingston Parish Government, Kyla Robertson - Livingston Parish Library, LaDonna Darden - Bank of Zachary, Mike Templeton - TWRU CPA's and Financial Advisors, Rebecca Braun - The Family Village.
