Bartender/Server/Front Desk - AE Social Bowl

Welcome to Social Bowl we are a 10 lane bowling alley with a full bar and restaurant.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service Skills: - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Familiarity with brewing methods, beer styles, and wine selection - Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing - Exceptional time management skills to ensure efficient service Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
