After testing the format, steps, links and software, we are ready to launch and engage your business.  Join in on this online call to learn more about it.  Job shadowing is an experience for students to learn more about your field of work.   Once there is a match, you would have the student on your site to watch and learn about your industry / operations.  Before we get to that step, there will be a process that helps you navigate the program so even if this is the first time you are hearing about this, you will be equipped with all the tools for a successful experience.  Plus, you will be guiding students in an area desperately needed, determining their career and steps to get there.
