Golf - Sponsors - What to Expect

SCHEDULE:
- Sponsor Check-In at Clubhouse – 8:00 am to 9:45 am - Let us know you are there, then Carter staff will be on hand to direct you to your set-up location.
- Player Check-In at Clubhouse – 8:30 am to 9:45 am - Receive your starting hole #, purchase additional items such as mulligans or red tee blast.
- Brunch or Lunch (whatever you want to call it) in the Clubhouse.
- Tee Time – 10 am (players head to cart shed at 9:45 am - sponsors should be on your hole at this time).
- End of Play/Awards/Dinner – approximately 3 pm, dinner in Clubhouse for players and sponsors, awards to follow.

Thank you for sponsoring the best golf outing in the parish! Here is what you can expect for the Tournament on October 17:
THEME: (Hint: It's Our 30th Anniversary) PAR-TEE LIKE IT'S 1995!
PRE-TOURNAMENT CHECKLIST:
- Plan your theme and decorations—we can’t wait to see what you come up with!
- Complete the Sponsor Form (https://forms.gle/Psi42xKepu7RFgcu8) and let us know what you're planning for your hole - it helps us determine hole assignments.
- Provide all setup items including tent, chairs, tables, banners/additional signage, ice chests, decorations, giveaways (150-200), trash bags, extension cords, etc. Please note that cookers and boilers are not allowed on the green or range, and no glass is allowed on the course. The Chamber will provide a yard sign at your hole.
- Make it fun—have lively music, stand to greet golfers, have them play a game, offer prizes, make yourself memorable.
