As the state's chamber of commerce and manufacturer's association\, LABI is Louisiana's largest business advocacy group\, representing more than 2\,200 business members and 324\,000 employees.\n\n \n\nPrior to his role at LABI\, Will served as president and CEO of the Louisiana Automobile Dealers Association (LADA)\, and as Administrator of the Louisiana Automobile Dealers Self-Insurers' Trust Fund (LADA-SIF) based in Baton Rouge. He also served as director of LABI's Civil Justice Reform and Employee Relations councils from 2014-2016.\n\n \n\nWill obtained his Juris Doctorate and Civil Law Certification from Mississippi College School of Law and his undergraduate degree\, Cum Laude\, from Northwestern State University. He still holds his law license in addition to his Louisiana Life\, Accident and Health Insurance License.\n\n \n\nWill has served on numerous local and national boards and commissions and has been recognized as one of the Baton Rouge Business Report's Top 40 Under 40.
